LONG TERM RENTALS (6+ months)
Type of Property: Luxury apartments, single family homes, legal in-law suites or condominiums. Usually these types of properties are unfurnished, although we do have regular inquiries for long-term, fully furnished suites. Close to schools, transit, shopping center and business services.
Tenant Profile: Typically, professional couples or families looking for quality accommodation.
